Text search
NEXO reads the text on every scan and imported file on your phone (OCR). That is what lets you search inside documents, ask NEXO Chat about them and get reminders.

Scan QR codes and barcodes with the camera or from an image, and create QR codes for links, Wi-Fi, contacts and more.

Open a web page in NEXO, then print it or save it as a PDF. You can also share a link to NEXO from your browser.

Document Sync
Connect the documents already on your phone so NEXO Chat, Smart Vaults and reminders can use your PDFs, Office files and document photos.
- Allow all documents or choose folders
- Files are read on your phone, never uploaded, and stay where they are
- New files are picked up automatically, about every six hours or when you sync
Files & folders
Open, star, print, share and delete documents; search and filter them; keep them together in folders.
- Long-press a file to select several
- Deleted documents go to the Trash Bin, where you can restore them
- Deleting a folder never deletes its files

Lock NEXO with your fingerprint, face or screen lock in Settings.
