How does the 7-day trial work?
New users get a 7-day introductory period with every feature unlocked and no ads. After it ends you continue on the free plan unless you subscribe to NEXO Pro.
How do I subscribe or cancel?
Subscriptions are sold and managed by the app store. The subscription renews automatically, and you can cancel any time in Google Play. Your Pro access stays until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I restore my purchase on a new phone?
Yes. Tap Restore Purchase in the Subscription screen, signed in to the same store account you used to buy.
Do you see my payment details?
No. Payments are handled entirely by the app store. We only receive what is needed to confirm your subscription.
Does Pro change my privacy?
No. NEXO works the same private, offline way on every plan.
